Assistance Service Terms: Personal assistance is included for a maximum of 1 hour, starting from the agreed meeting time.
Any extension requested by the client beyond this period will incur an additional charge equal to twice the original service fee. This does not apply to any delays or changes caused by trains or flights, which will be continuously monitored by our team.
Once the included hour has elapsed, should no extension of the service be requested, the assistant may conclude the service. The full amount of the assistance service will remain payable in all cases.
